Where does Watch Philosophy get it’s products from?

Our timepieces and accessories are sourced from certified retailers across Europe.

How can Watch Philosophy offer such great prices?

We are able to offer our products at the best possible prices due to our ever expanding network of certified retail partners. Additionally, since we are a purely online platform, we have managed to keep our fixed costs low, and as a result we are able to easily maintain competitive prices on a regular basis.

Are all the items on the website 100% authentic?

At Watch Philosophy, we only provide watches and accessories from world renowned brands that have been thoroughly checked and verified prior to listing. All our items are delivered in their original packaging, alongside all relevant documentation verifying the authenticity of said item.

Are all of the listed items brand-new?

All of our products are brand new and unused, unless explicitly specified otherwise.

What documents come along with my product?

Your product is delivered with an international warranty card, a brief description of the item itself as well as a user manual (If applicable). All of these documents are included inside the item’s original packaging.

Do the images depict the actual items listed for purchase?

All photos on our website depict the exact items available for purchase. These images were taken recently to reflect the current quality and condition of said items.

PURCHASING MY PRODUCT

Am I required to register to place an order online?

Yes, it is necessary that you do this in order for us to have accurate details for making your delivery. It is a quick and easy process, please click here to register with us.

Are all items ready to be purchased straight away?

Due to our vast selection of retailers, we have the ability to provide a truly wide range of products that are ready to be purchased immediately. However, there may be some instances where certain more unique and limited items are indeed displayed on our site but are currently out of stock. You can still reserve that product, although in these circumstances we require a 20% deposit to be paid upfront to do so. One of our representatives will be getting in touch with you shortly after you have reserved an item, to inform you of the accurate delivery estimates for it.
Should you wish to discuss any information, including the delivery estimates for a certain product prior to submitting a deposit, one of our consultants will always be there to assist. We will be happy to take you through the whole process whether it be by phone, email or by appointment at our office.

If an item on your site is out of stock would I still be able to order it?

There may be some instances where certain more unique and limited items are indeed displayed on our site but are currently out of stock. You can still reserve that product, although in these circumstances we require a 20% deposit to be paid upfront to do so. If the item happens to be taken out of production we will not be able to complete the order, which will result in any deposits for this particular purchase to be refunded to you.

Can Watch Philosophy help me in getting a particular item which is not listed on your site?

Certainly, we are here to assist in finding your desired item, whether it is a product from one of our many brands or from another manufacturer which is not yet listed on our site. Simply fill in the “Get a Quote” form and our representatives will get in touch with you shortly. Alternatively, you are welcome to give us a call or use our Live Chat service to make your enquiry. In the rare case that we are unable to find your particular item, our consultants will be more than happy to advise you on a comparable product.

MAKING MY PAYMENT

Am I able to view the item before purchasing it?

Watch Philosophy is a primarily online service, and therefore we are unfortunately unable to offer the possibility of paying us a visit to view the selected product. Nonetheless, all photos on our website depict the exact items available for purchase. These images are taken just before the item becomes available to reflect its quality and condition at moment of purchase. Should you feel more comfortable picking up your purchased product in person instead of us delivering it to you, we can gladly arrange an appointment at our office.

What payment methods do you accept?

To maintain full protection of purchases, we accept credit and debit card payments from the most commonly known providers (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and American Express), as well as zero commission bank transfers.

SHIPPING MY ORDER

Who will be delivering my item?

We have established a secure working relationship with the world’s leading courier services: FedEx, DHL and Royal Mail one of whom will be delivering your item. Any delivery will be fully insured to the product’s purchase value. Shortly after placing your order, an email will be sent confirming the courier service that is assigned to deliver your product.

How long does it take for the item to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all “in-stock” items within 48 hours of payment clearing our account. After your product is dispatched it is guaranteed to arrive the following working day. For items that are currently out of stock, please get in touch with us to obtain further information as delivery times may vary.

Am I able to track my order?

Once you place your order, you will be sent an email with a tracking number along with a link to our courier's website. These will allow you to track your item at every stage, from it's dispatch until the delivery.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Are orders within the EU subject to custom duties?

No, these costs only apply to countries outside of the EU and as such, any shipments within the EU would not incur any additional customs fees. Furthermore, since the UK VAT is already included within the listed price of the item, there would be no additional VAT charges applied.

Does the purchase price include customs charges for shipments outside of the EU?

UK customs charges are encompassed within the delivery costs for all of our shipments. Your product will be accompanied with all appropriate paperwork necessary for a quick and efficient delivery. Please however, take into consideration that Watch Philosophy is not liable for any applicable customs charges currently existing outside of the EU. Please therefore get in touch with the relevant customs authority should you wish to find out further details about the process.

WARRANTY

Are all repairs covered by the warranty?

Any repairs made to the item will be done so in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. This means that within the timeframe of the warranty, any defects with the product will be addressed by the manufacturer so long as the problem is not a result of physical damage caused by the customer. Additionally, Watch Philosophy will also cover any costs in relation to the collection of the item and it’s further shipment to the manufacturer, as well as it's delivery back to you after repairs.

What is the process should a warranty case arise?

In the rare instance that you need to make use of your manufacturer warranty, please get in touch with us. We will not only collect your product at no extra charge but will deliver it to the vendor for free as well. Your watch will then be taken back to it's manufacturer. Once your warranty claim is confirmed and the item is repaired we will return it to you free of charge. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Am I able to return my purchase?

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return it, you can do so in accordance with our cancellation policy. To view further details please click here.

How will I be refunded?

Once you inform us that you wish to cancel your order by letter or email (within the 14 days following the purchase), we will organise the collection of the item at no extra cost. Your refund will then be issued through the same payment method used when placing the order within the 14 days following the cancellation period. I live in an EU country, how does the return and refund procedure work for me?

Our cancellation policy is universal, meaning that no matter what country you are in, our return policy will remain unchanged. Once you inform us that you wish to cancel your order by letter or email (within the 14 days following the purchase), we will organise the collection of the item at no extra cost. Moreover, we will cover all fees in relation to any currency exchange charges. Who is responsible for the cost of the return?

We will cover all costs in relation to the return of the item, as well as organising it’s collection from you.

MISCELLANEOUS

Are you able to alter the size of the watch strap to fit my wrist?

Yes, but this will be done by the vendor rather than us. You will need to provide us with the measurement of your wrist so the vendor can adjust the strap accordingly. Once we check that it has been correctly altered we will then deliver the watch to you.
